Technical Support Department

In the monitoring interface, in the Support section, fill in the support form, describing the problem encountered. When sending it, a trouble ticket is automatically opened in the internal system of Evotracking that will be taken over, and in the shortest possible time you will be contacted to solve the problem. The complaints created in this way can be followed to improve the times and quality of the offered support.

Online and telephone Technical Support

  • The Support Team provides answers and solutions promptly;
  • The ticketing system allows keeping the history with the actions performed by/ for the client.

Technical team on the field

  • The team is spread over almost the entire surface of the country;
  • There is full support with staff specially trained for GPS monitoring devices;
  • There is full support in complex equipment (e.g. fuel level sensors);
  • Possibility of interaction with non standard Nukah GPS equipment, which we can check and reconfigure.
